Esen Polythene is a 2nd generation owned and operated family business in the manufacturing and world wide procurement of plastic and packaging products. 2002 is our 30th year in business. Esen Polythene strives to be 1st by creating and using the most modern and efficient systems and machineries. We believe in excellence in both quality and service and our first priority is "happy and satisfied customers".

We offer the most competitive prices to our large customer base all over Singapore, Malaysia and other Asian countries. Even with our low prices, our products matches or exceeds the quality of other suppliers. We welcome your valuable comments and suggestion and our mission is to ensure all your packaging needs are met without much hassle.
Business Operating Hour
We are open from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday thru Friday and 8:30 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday.
Close on all Public Holidays and Government Gazette Holidays.

Our Shipment Policy
If you call us before 9:30 am, most orders will be sent the same day depending on stock availability.
Orders made after 10:00 am will be delivered on the next working day by 4:00 pm depending on
stock availability.

To expedite your purchase, we urge you to fax us your purchase order immediately after you made your order through phone unless special arrangement has been made.

We need 3-4 weeks delivery lead time for all printing orders and 3-5 working days for all customize sizes.

Transportation charges are not included in our quoted prices. Our logistic department will route all deliveries or shipments the best possible way.
Please note that a SGD $20.00 delivery charge will be billed for order below SGD $100.00.

All printed and customized sizes items confirmed is subjected to the acceptance of a +/-10% in quantity produce and will be billed accordingly.

Tolerances : The accuracy in the manufacturing process of polythene Bags, Tubing's and Films products may vary. The typical variation is from 0 to 5% ( plus or minus ) from the catalog declared size, weight and thickness.

Our company reserve the right to bill customer for all printed and customized size products not delivered
within 30 days from date of purchase.
Terms Of Payment
Esen Polythene's terms of payment are Net 30 Days with credit approval. We can deliver most orders
COD when credit has not been established. Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders and Checks are gladly
accepted.
Goods & Services Tax of 5% will be added to orders delivered within Singapore.

Our minimum order is SGD $ 100.00. On occasion, market forces may require that we change the minimum order value without prior notice.

Returns
If a product does not meet your expectations, return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will
gladly exchange it or refund the full purchase price. We'll exchange a product, even if you make the error, but you'll be responsible for all transportation charges incurred. Of course, if you special order or request a product that's made to your specific dimensions, these items cannot be returned for credit or
be exchange.
If you are returning your merchandise, please, call our invoicing department in advance.
Please, do not return any merchandise without prior authorization.
